Choo Choo Train Sunway Nexis KD very nice center. Teachers are friendly and caring. The center is new and nicely renovated. My girl and us love it very much.

I started looking for a child care centre when I was 7 months pregnant. Found few centres and contacted them for more details. At the final stage I had made the decision, Choo Choo Train would be the best fit for my son, Id. Here are the reasons why :-

1. The management (Ms Efa) made me felt welcome. No judgement (Believe me I was judged by one of the centres)
2. The responses to my questions were on timely manner.
3. Ms Efa made an arrangement for video call for me to look at the centre. She showed me from where I should be dropping off my son and so on. She did an extra mile there since I was in Kedah during my confinement and was not able to visit the centre on Saturday
4. The centre is super clean and colourful with bright colours.
5. The fees are within my budget
On Id’s first day, we were welcomed with open arms by Ms Leela. I was later introduced to Id’s teacher, Ms Iera. It was a smooth registration process.
Through out the next 2 weeks, I was given a daily update about Id’s behavior and activities, accompanied by photos and videos. I sent Id there when he was 2.5 months. I really needed comfort that the centre could take real good care of Id. By getting those reports on a daily basis, it put me at ease and the only report I couldn’t wait to get on a daily basis.
From there on I receive update via an application, Ding Talk, on a weekly basis.
The centre has it’s on daily activity for Id. It was proven too that when Id’s pediatrician notice Id has strong arms, legs, neck and tummy!
Id is now 4.2 months old! He is getting used to the routine to be sent to the centre. Occasionally I would still get videos via group Whatsapp and that is nice.
I strongly recommend this centre. Management and teachers are doing great job there in following up the SOP too. Keep up the good work all!

We sent our baby girl to CCT Nexis since she is 5mo , & never regret ever since. Our baby girl hits her milestones very fast , learning diff types of activities & sensory play every day . Love the clean & strip SOP implementation at the centre that made us at ease sending our baby to the centre. Really recommended to parents !
