About Us

At Little Tillage, our approach to child nurture is inspired by the concept of 'tillage' which involves the meticulous preparation of soil for optimal crop growth. That is why our teachers and staff are all passionate educators dedicated to create a nurturing environment for children’s development and growth. Every aspect of our preschool is designed to cultivate, protect, and provide for our children, mirroring how tillage nurtures soil for successful crop growth.

Our Education Methodology

It has been shown that children learn best through fun and playful activities. Our educational approach emphasizes play-based learning, where different educational topics & clear learning objectives are integrated into play activities, allowing children to explore, understand the topics while developing various skills. These enriching experiences provide ample opportunities for social interaction with teachers and peers, fostering an ideal environment for hands-on learning, maturity, and growth.

Every aspect of our learning environment is meticulously designed to ignite curiosity and inspire a passion for learning. Each piece of material in every learning corner is carefully selected to enhance cognitive development, critical and creative thinking, and social skills as children engage in play with others.

Teachers as Facilitators

At Little Tillage, our teachers act as mentors and facilitators, guiding children to actively explore topics, discover knowledge, and construct their understanding. Instead of simply imparting knowledge through traditional worksheet methods, our teachers support children towards independence, creating a secure and expressive learning atmosphere that empowers them to take ownership of their learning and develop essential skills.

Preparing Children for the Future

Our curriculum is also aligned with Malaysia's Ministry of Education curriculum requirements, ensuring that children master the 3Rs (Reading, Writing and Arithmetic) thus preparing them for formal schooling.
