There are no fancy parties or junk food goodie bags for birthdays—just a short, meaningful ritual emphasizing gratitude to parents. Teachers maintain clear boundaries and non-permissive discipline, rewarding effort rather than offering materialistic incentives. * Values Over Commercialization: No unnecessary festival celebrations or time-consuming graduation concert rehearsals. They even strictly decline gifts from parents for Teacher’s Day. They are deeply eco-friendly, using reusable handkerchiefs and printouts over excessive paper/books. * Academic Excellence: The standard of English, Mandarin, Malay, and Math is high and advanced, perfectly preparing children for Primary 1 without feeling overwhelming. The English syllabus created by Teacher Vivienne is fantastic. * Rich, Holistic Curriculum: Beyond strong academics, they incorporate Practical Life Skills, Brain Gym, Planting, Ukulele, Class Dojo, and Awareness Weeks (covering local culture, ecology, and kindness). Senior years include "Little Teacher" activities and humanity lessons. * Safety & Dedicated Team: Low teacher turnover, excellent security, trained staff in CPR/first aid, and a safe, daily drop-off/pick-up system. * Enriching Experiences: Wonderful study trips (Fire Station, Tzu Chi Recycling Centre, Goat Farm, USM Museum) and public speaking opportunities (Poem Recitals, Storytelling, Show & Tell). My Daughter’s Growth: Starting at age 4 with zero English background and being extremely shy, my daughter has blossomed. Our youngest daughter had the privilege of attending KidiLand Montessori Preschool and her years there have been such a wonderful time of learning, growing in self-confidence and being grounded for her future development. What we especially appreciated was the safe and wholesome environment where children are allowed to grow and learn at their own pace. This is not a "pressure cooker" environment, but one where the children are given lots of opportunities to explore, grow in confidence and participate in a wide host of activities. The teachers are incredibly dedicated, patient and inspire the children to rise up to their full potential. Much effort is given to prepare lessons that are creative and interactive. While there is much room for fun and creativity, we also noted that the children were taught to be disciplined, orderly and focused. This balance is incredibly rare and we were impressed to find a preschool where children are taught to focus and yet be given room for their creativity to blossom. Our daughter told us repeatedly that going to KidiLand was "fun" and the food served was "really delicious." Thank you to Ms. Vivienne and the dedicated team of teachers at KidiLand who have left such a positive impact in our daughter's life. We highly recommend this preschool if you are looking for a safe, inspiring environment that does not force your child into old fashioned shamed-based rote learning, but instead encourages exploration, hands-on learning and group participation in a fun yet focused environment.

This centre is providing a comprehensive & high-quality education with a variety of activities to give the children an opportunity to explore and learn. An established preschool around the region, dated back many years ago with a group of dedicated teachers. My kid is now in std two and the experience he gained through this school really helped shaped his behavior/language/critical thinking.

We are eternally grateful for sending our daughters to KidiLand. This is the place to groom healthy and happy kids. KidiLand provides children with a great learning environment. Kids are encouraged to choose their activities and work at their own pace. This naturally inspires children to work on tasks to have fun, rather than focus on the result – a natural path to creativity. My son has been attending KidiLand Montessori Hybrid Preschool since he was nearly four years old and he loved everything about it. He would wake up excited about having school days. He would feel sad when could not attend school physically. Fortunately, he can learn, meet friends and teachers still as the school provides online classes daily. We are impressed with the Hybrid approach, the online teaching methods / flow is very smooth, and which is no different from physically in the class. It is flexible enough for kid and parent when in inconvenient situation. Moreover, all the teachers are so kind to each child, truly encouraging each to their strengths. The teachers are devoted, caring, and skilled at challenging each child to excel academically at their own pace. My son received the love and care he needed outside the home environment. Hi I am an ex-parent of KidiLand and it has been a decade ago that my son attended this school. I have only great things to say about my experience. The teachers are amazing and caring, the curriculum is second to none and each child is treated with tender care. Best kindy experience ever, for both children and parents! My kids still have very fond memories of the school and teachers, and always asks to visit. As a parent, the teachers never cease to amaze me with their care, concern and due diligence. They are hardworking and are always looking for new and creative ways to engage with the children, while never forgetting to have fun themselves! A team full of passion and energy.

My son went to the school for a period of 6 months, but we had to move. The teachers are experienced and dedicated. There's a lot to be said about this school with almost 30 year long tradition, where teachers are long-term employees and remain close friends. In addition, former students often revisit the school and recount memories of their time there, and often attributing their current success to the foundation this school had laid for them. Many students have moved on to become top students and those from the earlier years have become accomplished adults contributing positively to society today - doctors, PHDs, engineers, various scholars including ASEAN Scholars. This is a montessori school, adhering to montessori principles, but adapting to current academic standards. There is no doubt my son would have continued schooling there if I had stayed on in Penang.

Just came back from UK visiting my 2nd child who is now residing there. He is independent, organized and confident. While on the plane, I was thinking about life and how my 3 children cope with facing the world. They are now all young adults, professionals and on their own. One thing for sure; my 2nd and 3rd child who attended preschool at KidiLand were more organized, looking forward to go to school, more diligent, tidy and more important, they are confident. I believe attending preschool at KidiLand played a major role and gave them a headstart. Fortunately my eldest child managed to turn around albeit at a later stage at university and become a professional too. Then I bumped into one of the KidiLand's teacher. I asked about current situation at preschool now that covid is no longer declared as pandemic. She mentioned about KidiLand still maintaining high hygiene practices and cleanliness such as stepping into shoe bath tray for cleaning before entering school compound. She also mentioned there wasnt much rest during peak covid days as teachers were teaching on line, and now using high technology like smart whiteboard, and even voice magnifier system to improve clarity of teacher's muffled voice due to mask wearing. Besides interacting skills, school conducts project based activities to cultivate children's passion for learning. Looks like this KidiLand is staying relevant with changing times and ahead of some of its peers.

The teachers at this preschool are exceptionally qualified. Unlike other preschools, they respect children, listen to their needs, and you won't hear them yelling. They are also incredibly patient. My nephew transferred here from another preschool, and he went from crying to going to school every day to doing so happily. I'm so grateful to have found this school. Furthermore, the teaching methods here are excellent; the children are very independent and willing to speak up, which helps them adapt better to primary school life in first grade! I absolutely love the school's culture—teaching children politeness, friendliness, and gratitude. This school has maintained the same philosophy since ancient times—teaching children on their birthdays how to appreciate what their parents give them, rather than demanding expensive gifts. I'm so glad I sent my child to this school. When my child was three, we actually sent her to another school, but she cried and resisted going to and from school every day. This went on for months, frustrating my husband and me. Until we switched to KidiLand, she never cried again and stopped resisting going to school. She even told me that I can go to work without worry, and I don't have to rush to pick her up after school because she wants to stay at school a little longer before going home. The teachers at this school are very gentle and speak softly to the children. The teachers always have a smile on their faces; they are very kind. My child finds a great sense of security in her teachers. She used to be very afraid of strangers, but now she asks to go home with her teachers. Beyond academic learning, children can absorb a wealth of different things and cultures from games and activities organized by the school on special holidays. Good schools and good teachers are rare finds. We are very grateful to the teachers at this school for their meticulous and patient guidance of our child! They have helped our child overcome their fear of going to school and even look forward to it every day.

If you want your children to master English better, to be able to read, write, and sing, then this kindergarten is the right choice… The teachers are very patient and loving, so the children won't panic or be afraid. Due to limited spaces, you need to register a year in advance. If you want your child to grow better and better, contact the responsible teacher as soon as possible… I remember when my children entered this kindergarten, I also learned a lot. Some stationery items are not allowed for children to use, and some foods/snacks are not allowed. The school emphasizes safety and health, and the teachers selflessly share their experiences and insights in caring for children, which puts us new mothers at ease. Although various restrictions mean this can't be done and that can't be done, looking back, it's all for our next generation, to shape a better next generation. My two children are very lucky to have left a deep impression on me at this kindergarten. Thank you 🙏

I grew up in KidiLand and am now in my third year of university. For my past two summer breaks, I have gone back to help out the school. Sometimes it is easy to forget how important our early years impact the person we turn out to be. But each time I go back, I'm reminded of how much KidiLand has shaped my life and how lucky I am, as well as all the other kids there now.

If a perfect place to raise your child is what you've been searching for than you have found in KidiLand. Both my daughters love it so much, from the school, to the teachers, the environment, you name it.

We just love how they handle the school, how they handle the kids, just like their own, how polite and poised the teachers are, life lessons and human values that you wont learn from books, its how they learn by looking at the teachers.

As someone with a background in Early Childhood Education, I was very particular when choosing a preschool for my daughter. I wasn’t looking for a school that focused solely on academics. The quality of the teachers are extremely high. Teachers convery message to students in a respectful means, a gentle manners, and treating the kids as adult. They convey fruitful messages to the kids and never said anything which is rude and always gentle to the kids.

其实，在去之前，我心里还有一点担心。我的孩子本身比较内向，不太主动与人交流。我原本还想着，隔了 8 个月没见的同学和老师，会不会已经变得陌生？他会不会不想参加？
没想到，当我告诉他有这个聚会时，他竟然很爽快地答应了。聚会当天，他也出奇地配合，穿得比较正式、准时出门。
而最让我感動的，是聚会回来以后他的反应。
他整个人的心情特别好，一整天都在哼着歌；一边哼歌一边玩 Lego，一边哼歌一边轻轻抚摸家里的小绿植。❤️
孩子的反应往往是最真实的。
他或许不太会表达，也不是一个会主动和别人打成一片的孩子，但我能感受到——他真的很喜欢 KidiLand。
我想，这份喜欢并不只是因为好玩的环境，而是因为这里曾经给予过他一种被爱、被尊重、被记得的感觉。
8个月过去了，再回到这里，熟悉的老师还记得他，熟悉的同学还在，熟悉的关怀也还在。
原来，真正好的教育，不只是孩子每天在那里学习了什么，更是当他离开以后，再次回到这里，依然能够感受到那份温暖。

We are really happy with our experience at KidiLand throughout the past 3.5 years. The teachers are so dedicated, patient and caring towards the children. From the first few days when joining my little one attending classes together, i love how teachers connect with all the children, they nurturing the children with patience, care and respect which makes me feel I have chosen the right preschool for my little one. And this year is the final year of my daughter with KidiLand, there is so much positive improvements and growth that we noticed throughout the years. This little girl has since built up with confidence, patience, appreciative to others, sharing kindness and sympathy.

KidiLand is a wonderful school. Over the three years my daughter spent here, she learned to be independent, responsible, expressive, and willing to share with others.
Before the age of four, she only spoke Mandarin. When she first joined KidiLand, she could not speak English. Yet after just eight months, she was already able to communicate with her friends in English. Today, she is able to express herself confidently in both languages.
My expectation for early childhood education has never been mainly about academic results. What matters more to me is that my child is happy, makes friends, and develops a positive learning attitude. KidiLand has truly exceeded my expectations. Every day after school, my daughter would happily share with us what happened in school. In the junior class, learning was mostly through play, and when she moved on to the senior class, she gradually started having homework, which helped her prepare for primary school.
An educator once told me that kindergarten provides the most important nourishment for a child’s growth. I agree with this deeply, and I am grateful that my daughter had the opportunity to spend her kindergarten years at KidiLand.
If I could, I would love to have more children to send to KidiLand. 🥰

I had been scouting for the right preschool for my children for almost three years, and finally enrolled them in KidiLand Montessori. I can honestly say that I have absolutely no regrets.
The teachers are passionate, genuine, and truly know what they are doing. They are professionally qualified educators, not just caretakers, and they pour their hearts and souls into teaching the children.
I have a three-year-old and twin six-year-old boys attending KidiLand, and I am very impressed with the quality of education. The children do much more than just activity books. They are exposed to a wide range of general knowledge, engaging learning activities, music classes, and regular excursions. Outdoor play is also meaningful and enriching.
Recently, we had an online parent-teacher meeting, and I was amazed by the detailed feedback given by the teachers about each of my children. It really showed how much attention and care they put into every child.
KidiLand may not be the fanciest kindergarten, but it is definitely a quality one. The teachers are consistent, with very little staff turnover, which provides stability for the children. The founder and principal are also very knowledgeable and dedicated.
Enrolling my children in KidiLand Montessori has been one of the best decisions I have made as a parent. I am truly happy and grateful to have found this wonderful preschool.

KidiLand’s teaching approach is truly unique. In addition to attending classes in person, even if your child is unable to go to school for any reason, they can still join live lessons via Zoom. You don’t have to worry about your child missing out on anything.

We just came back to Penang last month after many years of working overseas. We visited many preschools in search of the right fit for our 5-yr old son and we finally found the best one at KidiLand! From the moment we stepped inside, we knew it was the perfect place. The Principal, Ms. Vivienne is incredibly warm, welcoming and considerate, and it’s clear that they are genuinely concerned and dedicated to the children's growth and development.
Our son is very happy and excited to attend the classes each morning and even ask why the time is so fast and why he has to go back home so soon 😁 He previously attended an international school overseas and most mornings, we have to spend time to convince him that he has to go to school 😅 So this is a very pleasant surprise for us!

First, I want to say that my daughter is truly fortunate to be part of KidiLand. Initially, the kindergarten was full, and Principal Teacher Vivienne couldn't accept any new students since they maintain small class sizes. However, after I explained our situation, she discussed it with the other teachers, and thankfully, they made room for my daughter.
Before joining KidiLand, my daughter attended another kindergarten where she was often emotional, crying in school and even having nightmares. Since moving to KidiLand, we’ve seen a big change—she’s happy, enjoying her time, and always tells me how gentle and friendly the teachers are. She even mentioned that no one ever shouts at the kids. She love all the teacher there!
The teachers put in a lot of effort to create observation reports, and we have Zoom meetings to discuss our children's progress. It’s clear how dedicated and thoughtful the teachers are. Another thing I appreciate is the focus on team building instead of playground equipment. The kids engage in activities that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving, which is great for their development.
What stands out most is the transparency. We can easily contact not only the principal but also the teachers directly. They openly share details about the staff, including what subjects each teacher covers, and they introduce us if there is any new team members.
Overall, we’re very happy with KidiLand! It’s the kind of school you won’t regret choosing for your child.👍👍

Thank you teachers from KidiLand in teaching both my kids. They have grown to be respectful and responsible. They are loving and kind to those around them. The subjects KidiLand teaches go above and beyond the four main subjects of Malay, English, Chinese and Maths. They also cover e.g. Moral Studies, Thematic, Music & Movement, PE, Arts & Craft, Board Games. During MCO, the teachers took much more effort in preparing for online classes, ensuring the kids participate in class so that no one is left out during the lessons/ learning process.
