Meet Our Master Trainer – Mr. Cheah Eng Khoon

Mr. Cheah Eng Khoon is the Director of Talento Academy Sdn Bhd, with extensive experience in early childhood education development, curriculum design, and educator training.

He has played an important leadership role in the ECCE sector, having served as a member of ECCE Council Malaysia, where he contributed strategic insights to support the development of early childhood education, including during challenging periods such as the pandemic.

Mr. Cheah was also involved as a panellist for the 2017 National Preschool Curriculum Standard (KSPK) and has served as a consultant for preschool transformation programmes.

His key areas of expertise include Project-Based Learning approaches, early childhood care and education, and digital learning for young children.
