Bright Kids Elmina is seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join their team. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the academic, social, and emotional development of young learners in the Early Years program.
• Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that align with the Curriculum.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Develop and implement individualized learning experiences to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the overall well-being of the learning community.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous growth and development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay informed about best practices in early childhood education.
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Teaching certification
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood pedagogy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and development
- Able to teach Pendidikan Islam and Tulisan Jawi
