Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

1. To teach children between age 3 – 6 (depending on class assignment);
2. To have and utilise knowledge, experiences and enthusiasm in Play Based learning approach;
3. To have effective working relationships with Principal and Teachers;
4. To work with Principal and establish creative monthly themes/events across the school;
5. To facilitate the long term structured and systematic programme, curriculum, policies and processes using resources provided;
6. To be responsible for overall programme and projects for the school;
7. To ensure events/projects are properly organized and communicated well to all parties in advance;
8. To ensure all monitoring and evaluation requirements of children are fulfilled by teachers;
9. To facilitate inter-classroom observations;
10. To communicate any feedbacks and concerns raised by Parents to Principal and discuss ways to solve any issues.

Job Requirements

1. At least Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Advance/Higher/Graduate in relevant fields;
2. At least 3 years of teaching experiences in a preschool;
3. Good working attitude, hardworking and understand the culture of preschool; and
4. Must be able to speak fluent English;
