Job Description

• Developing and implementing creative, play-based lesson plans that align with the national preschool curriculum
• Providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth
• Effectively managing the classroom and ensuring the safety and well-being of students
• Conducting ongoing assessments and providing regular feedback to parents on student progress
• Collaborating with the teaching team to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the preschool programme
• Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and school events

Job Requirements

• SPM or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching in a preschool or childcare setting or related experience
• Assist the lead teacher in preparing and setting up materials for lessons and activities.
• Patient, caring, and responsible attitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of child development and classroom routines.
