Job Description
⼯作职责
• 负责特殊教育中⼼整体营运及⽇常管理。
• 接待及跟进家⻓咨询，为家⻓提供专业建议与服务。
• 与中⼼治疗师(Therapists)保持紧密沟通与协调。
• 与职业治疗师（OT）、语⾔治疗师（Speech Therapist）、临床⼼理学家（Clinical Psychologist）等专业⼈⼠建⽴合作关系。
• 与董事及管理层定期召开会议，并汇报中⼼营运情况。
• 与治疗师共同规划及优化特殊教育课程与训练⽅案。
• 协调家⻓、治疗师及管理层之间的沟通，确保中⼼运作顺畅。
Job Requirements
✅拥有特殊教育或相关科系学⼠学位（Bachelor's Degree），包括但不限于：
• 特殊教育（Special Education）
• 特殊幼⼉教育
• ⼼理学
• ⼉童发展
• 职业治疗（Occupational Therapy）
• 语⾔治疗（Speech Therapy）
• 教育学或相关科系
✅具备以下经验者优先：
• 家⻓咨询及沟通经验
• 特教中⼼或教育中⼼营运管理经验
• 团队管理及跨专业团队协调能⼒
• 熟悉 Autism（⾃闭症）、ADHD、学习障碍、发育迟缓等特殊需求⼉童
✅良好的领导能⼒、沟通协调能⼒及解决问题能⼒。
✅能以华语及英语沟通（会⻢来语者更佳）。
Salary Range
RM4,500-RM6,000
