BrightHint was founded by Director Ms. Gladys Ng, whose passion for supporting children with special needs brought her back to her hometown of Muar after years of working in Kuala Lumpur. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Needs Education and a Master’s Degree in Child Psychology, she saw an opportunity to address the shortage of specialised resources available to local families.
Inspired by friends seeking support for their own children, she established BrightHint with a simple yet meaningful vision: to bring brightness into every child’s journey. True to its name, BrightHint strives to help children discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and realise their potential.
