BrightHint Enrichment Centre is an early intervention and special needs education centre established in 2022, serving children aged 2 years and above with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), speech and language delays, developmental delays, learning difficulties, and other special educational needs.

We are committed to a child-centred approach, where each child is supported based on their individual strengths, needs, and learning style. Our goal is to create meaningful learning experiences that promote communication, cognition, social interaction, independence, and daily living skills.

Our programs include one-to-one intervention, small group learning, school readiness preparation, social skills development, communication support, and foundational academic learning. We use structured teaching methods, individualized education plans (IEPs), and continuous progress monitoring to support each child’s development.

At BrightHint, we provide a supportive and collaborative environment where teamwork and professional growth are valued. We also work closely with families to ensure consistency between centre and home, which is essential for each child’s progress.

Job Description

- Implement direct therapy and individualized education plans.
- Observe, assess, and monitor the progress of the children.
- Attend team meetings as required and document child's progress.

Job Requirements

- Diploma in Psychology, Education, or equivalent.
- Enjoy working with children and a desire for continuous learning.
- Fluent in verbal and written English (additional languages are a plus).
- Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is an added advantage.

Salary Range

RM1,800 and above, upon on site
