Job Description

* Conduct Early Intervention Program (EIP) sessions for children with developmental delays
* Implement Individualized Education Plan (IEP) under supervision
* Prepare teaching materials and therapy activities
* Monitor children’s progress and maintain basic documentation
* Communicate with supervisors and collaborate with team members
* 为发展迟缓⼉童进⾏早期介⼊课程（Early Intervention Program, EIP）
* 在督导指导下执⾏个别化教育计划（IEP）
* 准备教学教材与训练活动
* 记录及跟进学⽣进展情况
* 与主管及团队成员保持良好沟通与合作

Job Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or related field
* Passionate in working with children with autism, ADHD, speech delay, or learning difficulties
* Patient, responsible, and willing to learn
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
* Prior experience in EIP, ABA, or therapy-based intervention is an advantage
* 拥有特殊教育、⼼理学、幼⼉教育、职业治疗、⾔语治疗或相关领域的Diploma 或 Degree
* 对服务⾃闭症、ADHD、语⾔迟缓或学习困难⼉童充满热忱
* 有耐⼼、责任感强，并愿意持续学习
* 具备良好的团队合作精神与沟通能⼒
* 欢迎应届毕业⽣申请（公司提供培训）
* 具备EIP、ABA 或相关⼲预训练经验者优先考虑
