• Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors
• Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Manage student records, attendance, and enrollment
• Assist with registration and admission processes
• Prepare documents, print materials, and support teachers as needed
• Help coordinate school events and activities
• Manage office supplies and basic payments
• Communicate with parents and support school announcements
• Ensure a smooth and organized front office operation
• Minimum diploma in administration or a related field
• Good communication and people skills
• Organized and able to multitask
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Friendly, patient, and professional
• Previous experience in a preschool or school setting is a bonus
• Knowledge of social media management is an added advantage
• Mandarin speaker
Salary is negotiable and based on experience and qualifications.
