Job Description
Educators will be responsible for nurturing young children and guiding their early development in a supportive and enriching environment. They will create and implement a curriculum that promotes the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth of children aged 3-5 years old. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, patient, creative, and able to foster a love of learning in young children.
Job Requirements
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet interests and learning style of children
• Write and implement lesson plans according to the school curriculum
• Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and co-workers
• Work collaboratively with co-workers
• Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals
• Track children’s progress and developmental milestones
• Write and present quarterly reports to parents
• Maintain a clean and tidy learning environment
• Encourage children to interact with each other to develop social skills
• Always provide appropriate supervision for children
• Maintain inventory system for classroom materials and supplies
• Adhere to health/safety and sanitation procedures
• Adhere to all company standard operating procedures
Salary Range
RM2,800 - RM3,500
