Job Description
Facilitates classes, able to work independently and consult with the Principal on issues faced. Understands the needs of children, able to plan curriculum, clean, set up and organise the classroom accordingly. Manages and delegates work to Assistant Teacher appropriately.
Job Requirements
1. Montessori Diploma/Degree or equivalent
2. Experience working as a Teacher in pre-school setting
3. Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
4. Mature, Patient, Caring and love working with children
5. Passionate about teaching
