Introduction

Jayne Nadarajoo, our founding director, is also a parent. Her two children, Saktish and Kenisha, were in school, and Jayne saw first-hand how childhood education focused on academic excellence instead of long-term intellectual and emotional growth. Jayne was not satisfied with this stifling learning environment. So, armed with ten years of experience in early childhood care, she started her own international preschool and kindergarten in Singapore.

Our Bukit Timah centre in Singapore opened on 15 July, 1999, with three students, two teachers, and a desire to improve early childhood education in Singapore. White Lodge uses learning objectives from a variety of educators, including High Scope, Reggio Emilia, and Howard Gardner. We are committed to maintaining a high teacher to child ratio, and our teachers are well-trained locals and expatriates. We teach 47 weeks of the year with a comprehensive Primary Years curriculum, and we encourage open communication and parent involvement.

Since we began in 1999, over 10,000 children have come through our doors, learning and growing into wise and kind young people. Representing over 30 different nationalities, we are a diverse and supportive community, with a family atmosphere. With two decades in the early childhood education industry, White Lodge is family owned and operated. We welcome the continual support and involvement from our parents to further enhance the learning journey that best suits your child’s development. We have been expanding both locally and internationally, having grown to running 8 schools in Singapore and 3 in Malaysia.

Job Description:

The Marketing Executive is tasked with all marketing aspects of White Lodge Education Group Services (WLEGS) business. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, Head of Operations, General Manager and Directors.

• The Marketing Executive implements a comprehensive and innovative marketing, public relations, and promotion program aimed at increasing the awareness and usage of all White Lodge centres by varied groups including students, parents and companies.
• The Marketing Executive designs, creates and distributes promotional materials such as flyers for different programs/events.
• The Marketing Executive develops edits content for advertising such as email notices, new releases and journal articles.
• The Marketing Executive utilises all social network space to promote White Lodge in the community.

Job Requirements:

(a) Candidate must possess at least Degree / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Education / Teaching / Training or equivalent.
(b) At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
(c) Candidates with higher qualifications can be consider for higher level position
(d) Required skill(s) : MS Excel, Word, responsible and passionate in improving the learning experience of children with special needs
(e) Speak and write well in English

Salary Range:

RM2,000 to RM3,500
