Tadika Daie Bestari, Bandar Puteri Bangi aims to nurture children’s fullest potential from a young age and give them the care and education they need during these crucial early years. The kindergarten accepts children ages 3 months to 12 years, and has branches in Bandar Mahkota Cheras and Kajang. Through the use proven curriculums, teachers here are able to help children lay a solid foundation for a brighter future ahead.
1. Award-winning programmes |
---|
Tadika Daie Bestari offers a Nursery programme for 3-month to 3-year-olds; a Kindergarten programme for 4- to 6-year-olds; and a Transit programme for 7- to 12-year-olds. These well-researched programmes were validated by the London Examinations Board and awarded with the Silver Tulip Award for their remarkable quality. |
2. Fun learning |
---|
The teachers harness the natural curiosity of children and encourage them to actively participate in their own learning. This is done through a myriad of fun hands-on, sensorial activities whereby children are able to pick up subject knowledge and understand them well without memorising. To keep the children focused in the learning process, teachers usually incorporate these activities surrounding a common theme. From pre-reading and mathematics to art and music, thematic teaching provides a vessel for all important areas of learning to be taught. In small group classes, teachers create opportunities for children to learn through music, stories, role play, science experiments, craft projects, blocks, educational toys, books, real life objects and many more. “Children enjoy it so much, they look forward to coming to school every day,” shares Ms Alia, the founder of Tadika Daie Bestari. |
3. Holistic growth for the children |
---|
Rather than just focusing on the traditional academic milestones, teachers here use a holistic approach to ensure children maximise their potential in all aspects of their development. Many learning opportunities are planned for children to improve their social skills, emotional understanding, physical development, critical thinking abilities, as well as religious and moral values. These skills lay the foundation to primary school, and for a healthy and happy life. |
4. Qualified, trained and caring teachers |
---|
All teachers at Tadika Daie Bestari have a diploma in early childhood teaching and the PERMATA certificate. They are also trained in first aid, so they are prepared in any case of emergency. In order for teachers to enhance their skills and remain competent, they are required to partake in training courses every month. Above all, the teachers are a dedicated team who strives to make the learning experience at Tadika Daie Bestari a memorable one. They always pay close attention to make sure each student is on track with their progress and cared for with much love. Some of the teachers have worked here for as long as 8 years due to the pleasant environment and their passion for the job. |
5. Hygienic, comfortable and safe environment |
---|
Located in a 2-floor shop lot, the kindergarten exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere which makes it comfortable for children to stay here all day long. It is fitted with facilities like child-sized furniture and a playground that encourages learning through play. Besides setting up an effective environment, teachers take classroom safety very seriously. There are CCTVs installed, access to an emergency staircase, and securely locked doors; everything, including kid’s napping mattresses, is sanitised regularly to keep germs at bay; RTK-antigen COVID tests are also part of the routine to give the whole school community greater peace of mind. |
6. Convenience of a one-stop education and care centre |
---|
Tadika Daie Bestari is not just a kindergarten, it’s a one-stop education and care centre that also covers daycare services, enrichment programmes, homework coaching, and religious studies and after-school care for primary students. For working parents, and those with more than one child, this is great! |
7. Effective teacher-parent communication |
---|
Tadika Daie Bestari is always open to listen to parents’ needs and concerns. Clear lines of communication are ongoing and teachers make sure they keep parents informed about the latest school news. For little ones in the nursery group, there is a daily record in an activity book. Parents can also view children’s daily activities on the school’s social media pages, and will get formal updates during the twice-a-year parent-teacher meetings. The team at Tadika Daie Bestari tries their best to work hand-in-hand with all families, as they understand that a good partnership will lead to the best outcomes for children. |
