Malaysia Preschool is a school for the education of very young children (generally from two years to six years old). These schools seek to prepare young children before enrolling to schools with formal education, as well as act as a 2nd home platform for working parents as a childcare centre while they are working.
Choosing an appropriate school for young children is vital as they will spend most of their valuable time with the teachers or guidance at school. These preschools or centre provides educational benefits which focus on education, generally teaching early social skills, including interpersonal interaction, being a part of a group of peers, and classroom skills such as following the instructions of a teacher.
Some formal education also takes place, such as early reading or language skills. Some nursery schools have adopted specialized methods of teaching, such as Montessori, and various other pedagogy. In Malaysia, there are two types of institutions that cater to Preschool, i.e. childcare centres, which enrolls children under four years old and the kindergartens which admit children between the ages of 3+ through 5+.
Early Childhood Education Expo (ECEE) will feature a wide range of pre-school activities which varies from Montessori, private and international schools, learning centres, kids programme, and related educational products. It is the perfect platform which connects the parents to understand both education and cultural backbones. It is also the best opportunity whereby school operators meet and interact with the parents, communicating and providing the best information for their kids education.
